Warranty/Return/Refund Policy

Warranty: All SquidCup products have a 1-year warranty against any defect in workmanship or materials provided they are used as instructed.  SquidCup products include a one (1) year manufacturer warranty against defects in manufacturing or materials on all new SquidCup products starting from the original purchase date. If a product is found defective by SquidCup, in its sole discretion, SquidCup will be responsible to provide a replacement of the defective product or component.  SquidCup is not responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of use or loss of the product. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is nontransferable.  For Warranty claims, send copy of receipt with your request to info@squidcup.com.

 

Returns: 30-day money back guarantee if not 100% satisfied for any reason. Returns must be received in 30 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.  For all returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items.  We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.  All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.  Merchandise returned after 30 days from the original purchase date is not eligible for refund, unless there is a warranty claim (see Warranty for details).  Return Shipping Address:

Refunds:  If properly returned within the 30-day money back guarantee period, we will inspect the product and notify you that we have received your returned item.  If your return is approved, we will notify you of the approval of your refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a two-week period.
